Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, joined the annual pilgrimage for British riders to the UK’s biggest bike show – Motorcycle Live – at the end of 2013, where manufacturers including Triumph showcased their 2014 models.
On his tour of the Triumph stand, the prince posed for photographs astride the Daytona 675R. A big fan of Supersports bikes, he bought himself a Daytona 600 as a 21st-birthday present back in 2003.
The 60th Motorcycle Live (previously the International Motorcycle and Scooter Show) was held for the 30th time at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre, and once again welcomed more than 100,000 visitors over nine days in November and December.
